How to Get this FREE service:

• Rubbish should eb placed on the property boundry for collection - Council employees cannot enter private property;
• Materials required to be collected should be able to be handed or lifted by one person, with the exception of car bodies and white goods - these can be collected by arrangement;
• Tree trimmings etc should be tied in 20kg or less bundles and no more than 1.5m long;
• Loose material must be bagged;
• Commercial waste cannot be collected as part of this service;
• Total volume must not exceed 2 cubic metres; and
• Please do not endanger council staff by placing broken glass, asbestos or chemicals out for collection

Pedestrian access to footpaths must not be blocked.

Residents wishing to have rubbish collected need to register details of address and type of rubbish to be collected by phoning the West Coast Council Office on 6471 4700.

Collection details must be registered by midday Friday 13^th November.
