Customer Service

West Coast Council recognises the importance to the organisation of quality customer service and endeavours to maintain high standards. Customer Service Charter customer service charter (125 kb)

The Council's main office is located in Zeehan with a service centre located in Queenstown.  Council has contracted agents in Strahan and Rosebery to receive payments and redirect enquiries received from ratepayers.
