The Annual General Meeting will be held at the West Coast Council Chambers, 11 Sticht Street Queenstown on Tuesday 27 January 2026, commencing at 4.50pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting.

The 2024-2025 Annual Report will be presented at the Annual General Meeting and can be viewed below.
Submissions relating to the Annual Report can be sent to PO Box 63, Queenstown TAS 7467 or emailed to wcc@westcoast.tas.gov.au.
Submissions must be received by 5pm, Monday 26 January 2026.
The meeting agenda will be available from Thursday 22 January 2026.
