Agenda, Minutes and Recordings

Agendas and reports are essential in delivering Council’s strategic priorities and responding to the ongoing needs of the West Coast community. Each ordinary Council meeting runs according to an agenda, which is released for public viewing before each meeting in accordance with the Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Regulations 2025. 

Council is required to record the meeting discussions and decision outcomes. These are recorded via meeting minutes. The minutes of each meeting are accepted and approved by Council at the next monthly meeting of Council, with the approved minutes then released to the public.
