Public Toilets

West Coast Council maintains a number of public toilets and are continually working towards provision, availability and distribution of public toilets in the municipality that are accessible, environmentally sustainable and of high quality.

Whilst there is no specific legal requirement for Local Government to provide public toilets, Council acknowledges that public toilets are recognised as important public infrastructure, and that they must be clean and well maintained.

Queenstown

Headley Faulls Park

Corner of Sticht and Cutten Street.

Showers

The Slipway public toilets also have public showers. Users can scan the QR code at the showers to gain access, with the option to purchase 1 minute, 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 4 minutes and 5 minutes.

Cleaning

Public Toilets are cleaned by Council daily, Monday through to Saturday.

Should you visit one of these public toilets and find something broken, unclean or vandalised, please contact Council.
