Rates Reminders

With the end of financial year approaching, Council is sending reminder letters to those ratepayers with rates amounts owing.

If you receive a reminder letter, please take a moment to check your account and ensure your payments are up to date.

If you pay by periodic instalments, we encourage you to review your payment amount to make sure it’s covering what you need it to. Sometimes small changes in instalments can lead to an overdue balance without people realising.

Please note that interest is charged on overdue rates, so paying on time helps avoid additional costs.
