Municipal Employee – Strahan

Town Maintenance employees are responsible for maintaining and preserving Council assets such as roads, stormwater, transfer stations, parks, gardens and recreation areas.

 

These works are a crucial part of Council’s services to the community. Municipal Employees perform manual labour tasks, following appropriate safety procedures, working outside experiencing the full range of West Coast weather.

 

There are also great opportunities for upskilling, training and career development and those with some experience in parks and gardens operations are encouraged to apply.
