The West Coast Council is seeking expressions of interest from businesses, community groups, or other organisations, to utilise the parcel of land next to the old school, located on the corner of Bowes Street and Cutten Street, Queenstown. The fenced piece of land (341 m2) could be a perfect location for a variety of uses and Council’s aim is to see the land actively maintained and utilised for community and/or economic development.
Proposals and questions should be submitted to: communityconsultation@westcoast.tas.gov.au or sent via mail to West Coast Council, PO Box 63 Queenstown Tas 7467 and marked “EOI – Council Land Queenstown”. This expression of interest period will close on Friday 16th September 2022.
