As part of Council’s commitment to making the West Coast better for youth, we are starting our first stage of consultation with young people in the community. This stage is all about asking - what are the easiest ways for young people to have their say? The results of this stage of consultation will let Council know the best ways to communicate with youth, as we start working together towards making the West Coast as great as it can be for young people.
If you are a:
- young person living on the West Coast in the age groups of 7-11, 12-17 and 18-25,
- or are a parent, guardian or caregiver of younger children
We want to hear from you!
The ways you can have your say are:
- Drop into the Council office and complete a survey
- Visit Council’s website or Facebook page and follow the link to the survey
- Attend consultation workshops being held at your school. (If you would like to participate, please check with your year advisor to register).
The West Coast Youth and Children Have Your Say Survey is now open, so please check our website for the link to the survey or follow this link to have your voice heard!
