Work to complete repairs to the Zeehan Swimming Pool have been progressing well this year:
– the deep end concrete floor has stablised and reinforced
– new pipework has been pressure tested
– concrete will be poured in the coming days
– following the concrete pour the new vinyl liner will be installed
We are working towards a completion date for the pool of early March. When the new changerooms have been completed and inspected by the building surveyor the pool will then be operational.
Once completed the pool infrastructure will have been completely upgraded, including placement of a disability hoist for those patrons who may have mobility issues.
Along with the community we are keen to see the finished product and enjoy a swim in the pool.
