Project Wraps Up
By utilising the Tasmanian Government’s Healthy Together Grant, Council aims to work with the community on a shared vision for health and wellbeing using a place-based approach.
This is a 3 year project beginning in 2025. An advisory group and community consultation will be established in the first half of 2025.
