The Rosebery Skate Park and Play Space will be upgraded to offer families a space to use their bikes, scooters and skateboards and also some fun play equipment.
The old skate park was at the end of its life and needed replacing. This provided an opportunity to refresh the space, with designers creating a family-friendly space for bikes, scooters and skateboards. A couple of pieces of play equipment were also added to complement the space.
April 2025
The last component of the update to the Rosebery Skate Park and Play Space has been completed, with the installation of an umbrella to give much needed shelter from both the sun and rain.
Now a modern space providing options for active and passive activity.
2024
Works are due to commence late January 2024. Prior to this the area will be fenced off and demolished ready for construction, the exact date will be advised once notified by the company.
