WEST COAST AMENDMENT NO. 01/21
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 40N(1)(b) and 40Q of the Land Use and Planning Approvals Act 1993 (the Act), the Tasmanian Planning Commission has modified and approved Amendment 01/21 to the Tasmanian Planning Scheme - West Coast.
Amendment 01/21 rezones 10 Sticht Street, Queenstown from General Residential to General Business.
In accordance with section 42(3)(d) of the Act, Council gives notice that Amendment 01/21 comes into operation on 23 June 2021.
The modified Amendment can be viewed at the West Coast Council Office, 11 Stitch Street, Queenstown between the office hours of 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and on Council’s website at www.westcoast.tas.gov.au.
