A petition in relation to the Strahan Waterfront Precinct Redevelopment was received at the December 2025 Council Meeting.
As the petition complied with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993, a public meeting will be held to discuss the matters tabled in the petition.
The public meeting will be held at the Strahan Gym & Multi-Purpose Centre (1-3 Gaffney Street, Strahan) on Thursday 8th January 2026 commencing at 6pm.
The meeting will address: ‘The concrete wall and associated works within the Strahan Waterfront Precinct Project’.

Notice of this meeting was published in The Advocate newspaper in December, with written submissions now closed.
